The Process

You don’t need to have it all figured out. You don’t need to know what size you want. You don’t need to have every piece of art organized. You don’t even need to know if you have “enough” art.

You just have to start. I’ll help with the rest.

How does this work?

01. REACH OUT

This part is easy.

Send me a message and tell me a little about what you’re thinking. Maybe you have years of artwork stuffed into bins. Maybe your little artist is just getting started. Maybe you saw one of my pieces and thought, I need that.

That’s enough.

No art organizing required (yet).

02. WE MAKE A PLAN

Once you reach out, we’ll talk about your little artist, your space, the size you’re considering, and anything you’d especially love to see incorporated into the finished piece.

Not sure about any of that?

That’s completely fine.

I’ll help you figure out what makes sense before we get started.

03. NOW WE GET THE ART

Okay, now you can open the art bin.

Paintings, drawings, doodles, handprints, backwards letters, school projects, mysterious creatures—it’s all fair game.

I’ll walk you through what to send and how to get it to me.

Have a ton? Amazing.

Have less than you expected? Reach out anyway. We’ll figure out what works for your piece.

And don’t worry about making the colors or artwork feel cohesive.

That’s my job.

04. I TAKE IT FROM HERE

This is where their art starts becoming art art.

I work directly with your child’s original artwork—sorting through everything, finding the details I love, cutting individual elements, and building the composition by hand on a wood panel.

There are no templates and no predetermined designs.

Every piece takes its shape from the colors, marks, characters, handwriting and wonderfully weird little things your child created.

No two pieces can ever be the same.

05. THE FINISHING TOUCHES

Once the composition is complete, I carefully finish and seal the piece so it’s ready to live in your home for years to come.

Then there’s one more detail.

Every piece includes a Little Artist Card tucked into a library pocket on the back—a tiny time capsule with their age, favorite things, current obsessions, and what they want to be when they grow up.

Because someday, you’ll want to remember the kid who made all of this.

06. IT COMES HOME

Once everything is finished, I’ll get your piece home to you.

If you’re local, I’ll coordinate a drop-off. If you’re farther away, your piece will be carefully packed and shipped directly to you.

Then you get to do the best part:

Put it on the wall.
